What You’ll Do
We are looking for a savvy Digital Operations Coordinator to assist in website and/or marketplace operations. You will interact with both customers and licensees, answering queries and resolving concerns, assist with the organization of digital assets and product data, and coordination of day-to-day operational tasks. The role requires attention to detail and communication skills with an expert ability to build relationships. Knowledge in customer service, operations and marketplaces (e.g. Amazon) preferred. You will also be working directly with internal team members located in our NYC office, and licensees throughout North America. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for customer service and digital operations, stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the industry, and be a strong communicator. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written skills and is able to act both efficiently and professionally when responding to customer inquiries and working with our partners. Ultimately, you will be an important asset in helping drive sales, customer experience and operational excellence.
What you’ll be working on
- Act as main point of contact for day to day customer service for owned and operated DTC businesses, monitoring and liaising with our customer support agency
- Act as the primary liaison between licensees and Amazon storefront management
- Respond to comments / customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely manner
- Identify potential opportunities for improvement and change across Digital, Marketing and Brand teams
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon and marketplace related trends in the digital community
- Coordinate with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives and product developments
- Monitor, track and provide feedback on engagement, customer inquiries and marketplace metrics, working with teams to generate analytics and reporting on a regular basis
Must Haves:
- At least 3 years of experience in a digital operations or customer experience role
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Knowledge of customer service and marketplace platforms (e.g. gorgias, zendesk, amazon, target, walmart)
- Experience working in a B2B environment is a plus
- Experience working across multiple brands is a plus
Primary Location Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
