At Nike, we see our Operations function as a source of competitive advantage. We're looking for a consumer focused leader with experience in working with partners, to help lead our digital offense. You have experience in (and passion for) digital and retail. We want someone with superior interpersonal skills and ability to lead and/or work cross-functionally, to coordinate alignment for digital processes across key territories and partners. You have proven experience driving process excellence throughout organizations, with the ability to influence across teams and colleagues that span multiple functions.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As our Digital Operations Manager, you'll support the Operations team in driving the seasonal offense for CaSA NDDC (Nike Direct Digital Commerce) channels. You will support seasonal initiatives and key category marketing products and moments that align to the seasonal offense. You'll also create and lead the Operations Center of Excellence for CaSA, build documentation around new processes and provide support for digital channels launching across CaSA territories. You'll become a technical expert in the Nike Digital tools.
DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Ensure all merchandise catalog is published with the correct information and at the right time during each retail season, for every CaSA territory with a Nike Direct Digital channel
- Support the seasonal calendar, product readiness, overall readiness updates and communications to our partners
- Coordinate pre-season and in-season management of Operations moments for cross-functional brand and sport moments
- Cross Functional Representation: represent the operational interests of the NDDC CaSA business to influence the work of internal geography and global teams to deliver features and tools to drive this business.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You'll report directly into the Director, NDDC CaSA and manage indirectly teams of digital experts across multiple countries and cultures. You'll be the point person for the NDDC CaSA Digital Ops team for our territories. You will drive the operational process for seasonal initiatives and sport moments with excellence and be the 'glue' between Digital Merchandising, DSM, Consumer Direct Marketing, Partner Marketing and Marketplace leads.
WHAT YOU BRING
As our Operations leader, we are seeking a great teammate with digital experience to support fast-growing businesses and markets. You are passionate about constantly finding ways to make things run better, faster and with the least amount of wasted effort across multiple operation functions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of comparable digital experience, working on consumer-facing digital platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead and/or work on cross-functional teams and provide management support for high visibility projects
- Comfortable in problem structuring and strategic problem solving
- Strong attention to detail & ability to move from task to task quickly
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once
