The Digital Operations Specialists primary role is to be responsible for the operational excellence associated with the delivery and management of SW licensing and associated digital subscription content for our customers.

As a Digital Operations Specialist, you will work closely with customer care, sales, technical support, services, and engineering teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of SAP order entry details, maintain connectivity and facilitate the flow of information through associated tools and systems such as SFDC, Flexera, and SAP, and drive consistent and efficient global SW entitlement delivery and management processes.
As an Digital Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Being accountable for ensuring software SAP order entry quality, completeness, and accuracy.
- Providing primary support for software SAP order entry and processing activities to ensure seamless booking, delivery, accounting, and tracking.
- Identifying and fix order entry, booking, processing, and SW delivery issues.
- Working cross functionally with customer care, sales, technical support, engineering, and services to deliver a seamless customer digital experience and facilitate operational excellence associated with the delivery of software and digital contract content.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of digital delivery and operational management tools and processes.
