The Digital Paid Media, Sr Specialist will closely collaborate with creative and social teams, ideating and developing requirements in support of digital paid media and social advertising campaigns. Working closely with analytics teams on coordinating reporting and insights from past campaigns, sharing data with key stakeholders and cross functional teams. Support coordination of all assets, across internal and external teams, as well as developing a close partnership with our digital agency team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include but not limited to, paid search, display and social advertising strategies across both trade and consumer audiences.
They will help drive growth and success for Cambria on digital platforms. Their role is important as it is an integral part of the development and management of having an effective digital strategy as well as effective media buying.
The candidate is accountable for the following:
Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive digital paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in meetings with your thoughts and ideas
Campaign Management:
- Oversee end-to-end management of paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc).
- Optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
Audience Targeting:
- Conduct in-depth audience analysis to refine targeting parameters and align messaging with target demographics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across campaigns.
- Become proficient in research that supports the development of media plans such as audience, competitive and delivery insights tools
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Generate regular reports to showcase key metrics and the impact of paid media efforts on business goals.
Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize digital media budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising campaign effectiveness.
Creative Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure all digital assets align with brand guidelines and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The qualified candidate will work primarily within the company's Digital Marketing and Marketing teams to:
- Help coordinate paid digital ads for search and social campaigns, using project management software
- Resource any missing information, assets or other deliverables to finalize the campaign for launch
- Work with team members to determine priority, project timing and track to completion
Requirements:
- Familiarity with website analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console
- Knowledge of Facebook, Pinterest, Google and Bing online advertising best practices
- Ability to think strategically to identify and define keyword opportunities for optimization
- Good understanding of organic/paid social and search campaigns, and campaign workflows
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Docs
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or public relations
Experience: 3+ years of digital paid media experience required. Digital agency or consulting firm, preferred
Systems: Meta, Pinterest, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Yext, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics
Additional Requirements:
Managerial Responsibilities: No
Travel Requirements: Limited travel regionally and nationally
Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials
