This is an onsite position at The Sanctum, North EDSA, Quezon City.

What does a day in the life as a Digital Photo Assistant look like?

• Improves the customer experience by answering account-related questions and by assisting teammates with concerns
• Prepare newly scanned photos for editing once the scanning process is complete: rotate, crop, create folders, and rename files
• Enhance the quality of scanned photos i.e. dust removal, contrast adjustment, color correction
• Assist customers via phone as necessary
• Generates monthly and quarterly reports
• Provides solutions to any relative problems of clients
• Provide quality check on scanned archives
• Perform organizing on both scanned and natively digital photo archives
• Perform face tagging, topic tagging, decluttering, and highlighting
• Exhibit a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned

What are the required qualifications for a Digital Photo Assistant?

• Undergraduates are welcome to apply
• 1 year of related experience with basic photo editing
• Knowledgeable with Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightroom
• Above average communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Must be willing to work onsite

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Fresh Graduates related to industrial design, advertising, com-sci, fine arts
