Digital Print Operator

Job Purpose

We are actively seeking a Digital Print Operator to join our growing team! We are seeking an individual who is a detail oriented, reliable and experienced in production. The diverse product offerings at AlphaGraphics requires an understanding of printing, finishing, sign application, and installation. In addition to digital copier production, this position will spend time working with our digital printers and finishing. The right candidate will also be able to assist in business development through efforts coordinated with the center's sales team. The Printing Technician position is hands on and reports to the Production Manager.

What you will be responsible for:

• Digital Print Production

• Print Bindery & Finishing

• Bindery

• Post-Press Equipment

• Large Format & Sign Finishing with Installation when necessary

• Equipment Maintenance Requirements

What you'll need to be successful:

• Two years of print and sign experience

• Positive, Professional Attitude

• Strong Work Ethic

• Problem Solving Skills

• Cooperative interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to work quickly and neatly while multi-tasking

• Basic math skills and ability to use a computer

• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and work over waist high table

• Strong Multi-Tasking Ability

• Effective Communication Skills (oral and written)

• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize workload
