Digital Print Project Manager

Summary

Liaison with sales reps and internal contacts to and manipulate and create Digital Print files for samples and full sheet orders and to provide color film matches. Act as an expert and find solutions for complex projects using the functionality of Digital Printing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manipulate and create image files to prepare them for printing
• Be professional on the phone and over email with customers and sales reps
• Find Color film matches for other color systems
• Other duties may be assigned
• This job has no supervisory responsibilities

• Provide technical support for project managers, sales reps, and customers for Digital Printing services
• Color theory - understands colors-how they interact with each other, knows what colors to mix to get a desired outcome
• Coordinate the production of samples and full sheet orders by:
  • Recommending file parameters & verifying digital files
  • Modifying incorrect or incomplete digital files as needed
  • Coordinating the review and approval of proofs for production and fabrication

Customer Service

Excellent customer service skills are required. Experience in a customer facing position is preferred.

File Manipulation

Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop expertise and experience is required

Pre-press print process knowledge preferred

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
