About the role
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable professional to join our team as a Digital Process Developer. In this role, you will translate business and customer needs into actionable tasks, lead testing and develop test plans and routines with stakeholders and the team.
You will initiate and drive various projects, handle day-to-day contact with the development team, and drive cooperation within the squad, with stakeholders, and manage good relations with other teams.
Additionally, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions with diverse teams and non-technical stakeholders.

About the team
You will be part of the Digital Development unit in Claims, responsible for meeting digital expectations across all Nordic markets and customer segments. Our agile mindset ensures efficient and effective value delivery. You’ll work closely with your squad and share experiences with colleagues across the Nordic region.

You also have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or related field.

Strong analytical skills and experience in business and process requirement analysis.

Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive attitude with a passion for solving complex problems.

Experience in creating, preparing and working with test management and test planning

Fluency in English, both written and verbal
