Digital & Process Performance Project Manager

• Project Management: Proven experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and executing data-related projects. The ability to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation, and effectively manage project risks and issues. Having relevant project management certificates like PMP, PgMP, IPMA etc. is very beneficial. 

• Data Management Knowledge: A solid understanding of data management principles, data architecture, data engineering, and data integration concepts. Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices. MS Azure BI Ecosystem knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory. 

• Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users. The ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and foster a collaborative working environment. 

• Data Analysis: Basic data analysis skills to review project metrics and data-related KPIs. The ability to use data insights for decision-making and project performance evaluation. 

• Documentation and Reporting: Strong documentation skills to maintain project plans, progress reports, and project documentation. The ability to create concise and clear project status updates for stakeholders. 

• Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: The capability to negotiate with stakeholders and resolve conflicts that may arise during the project 

• Continuous improvement: Understanding and utilizing lean and agile principles would is going to be very beneficial on our road towards data savvy Huhtamaki.
