As a Digital Product Lead (Lead Digital Marketing Technology) for DTC, you'll be responsible for bringing the expertise and collaboration skills needed to bridge the gap between business and technology to bring winning direct-to-consumer experiences to life. You will be the go-to individual for delivering on the digital product roadmap for two of Purina's most critical B2B2C direct-to-consumer brands, Vet Direct & Purina for Professionals. The PPVD Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business, represents the largest DTC business at Nestle Purina. Fueled by best-in-class nutrition, a growing category, and enthusiastic commitment from Nestle Purina, the PPVD DTC business is expecting to continue its trajectory as one of the fastest growing segments of the company. With a new Magento 2 platform to build off, the PPVD DTC team has a pipeline of tech-driven ideas to improve Clinic and Customer experience as the business races to take share and become a fully-integrated, value-add, 'can't live without solution' for Vet Professionals.
• Partner with the DTC Brand Business Leads to develop user-driven product roadmap ideas and break them down into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria that are ready for implementation• Collaborate with commercial, creative, and UX/UI teams to develop assets for features and enhancements• Review wireframes and designs for alignment with marketing objectives and industry best practices• Partner with Business Leads and other DTC Product Owners to groom, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on ongoing assessments• Write business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that capture the goals of the end user and provide clear direction for the team of product designers and developers• Partner with analytics teams and Scrum Master to report on digital product KPI's and review key delivery metrics, including velocity, burndowns, and defect rates• Work with agencies, internal analytics, and development teams to ensure proper execution of robust GA tagging strategy throughout the site to enable in-depth business, marketing & user behavior analysis• Partner with commercial and insights team members to feed consumer insights and optimization areas into the product backlog for continuous improvement• Maintain continuous communication with broader team and other stakeholders throughout roadmapping, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning/management
Requirements• High school diploma or GED equivalent with 7+ years of experience (2+ of those years as an agile product owner, business/system analyst, delivery director, or related business development functionality) OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience with (2+ of those years as an agile product owner, business/system analyst, delivery director, or related business development functionality) required.• 1+ years' experience with delivering and driving performance for an eCommerce or DTC digital product required.
