Profile Summary:

The Digital Product Management Lead will be accountable for leading and setting the strategy for the most complex Digital Products. This is defined by multiple, complex digital applications leveraged by different end user groups (participants, advisors, intermediaries, call center reps, etc.). The successful candidate will be ultimately accountable for the aligned Digital solutions and the Digital backlog for our B2C digital experiences. A large technology investment ($5m+) is typical and this Digital Product Management lead is accountable for ensuring the outcome meets the needs of the business and our customers.

Profile Description:

• Accountable for the Digital Products that support the assigned portion of the digital experience.
• Accountable for Digital outcomes from approximately $5m of annual investment in technology solutions
• Development of a Digital Product Road Map / Advocate for needed Digital investments that aligns to business and customer needs.
• Support sales teams when an overview of Voya Digital capabilities and Strategy as needed.
• Provide updates to business leadership (SVP / VP)
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience:

• BS / BA degree
• 10+ years of industry experience
• Exceptional experience with both IT and business partner communication skills and experience
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies
• 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience
• The ability to lead through influence as well as prior staff leadership experience
• Competent working with IT Delivery teams that include architects, developers, data engineers, etc.
• Strong written/verbal communications skills and comfort speaking with senior levels

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$166,310 - $207,890 USD
