About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to help drive strategic conversations across the organization and be responsible for leading product set including, embedded banking and EDI.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with commercial Bank stakeholders and customers to refine and expand the product strategy
- Create a vision for new features and capabilities for API based products
- Help define open banking API Standards and develop a pricing strategy
- Partner with product marketing and sales enablement to ensure market success
- Work with other product managers to align API roadmap with other products' roadmaps
- Engage with corporate customers to understand ERP and treasury workstation systems and processes; identify integration possibilities
- Collaborate with customers and their partners to provide payments and receivables data in various formats
- Help expand a recently launched embedded ERP banking product to work with a greater array of ERP and accounting systems and expanded current functionality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Deep understanding of product management and ability to influence stakeholders and teams
- Intermediate understanding of API technologies and platforms
- Intermediate knowledge of agile development methodology
- Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Education & Experience
- Product management experience and deep understanding of product lifecycle required
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 3+ years product management/development or equivalent experience in Commercial payments/cash management, product and/or project management required
- Development or business analysis background preferred
