Digital Product Manager

Summary:
The Southern California News Group is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Operations team, as a Digital Product Manager. Under this role, the Digital Product Manager is responsible for managing all of our business systems and platforms. This person will be a key contributor of the operations team. This role will be responsible for the development and delivery of business requirements, solution scope, testing, training, key performance indicators and data analysis for continuous process improvements.
What you will do:

• Assist in managing platforms and business systems used by Southern California News Group
• Responsible for configuring business packages, tools and integrations
• Work with internal teams: Sales, Marketing, Leadership, Product and Finance
• Gather requirements for improvement projects and execution
• Assist in writing all SOPs regarding business systems and new product rollouts
• Proactively identify and flag risks and obstacles
• Run project schedules and keep the team on track to meet deadlines
• Understand, communicate and lead the strategic approach of projects with internal and external clients
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Engage with stakeholders to understand and prioritize our most pressing business objectives

What you will bring:

• Experience with CRMs, MarTech platforms, Analytical platforms, AI Content Platforms, AdTech platforms and Project Management tools
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Visio and Asana required
• Excellent at learning, navigating and managing different platforms that serve different aspects of the business
• Impeccable writing ability for writing and documenting SOPs/SLAs
• Analytical and solution minded, and takes initiative without direction
• Critical thinking, problem-solving techniques, decision-making skills, and proactive approach
• Extremely organized, able to work on several projects simultaneously and works well under pressure

This is a hybrid role with regular onsite expectations in Irvine, CA.
The annual salary range is $75,000 - $85,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, MediaNews Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
