Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join the BBH InfuseTM product team to lead the design, build and launch of multiple new digital experiences for BBH's global Investor Services clients.
This senior position will be highly cross-functional and global. The Digital Product Manager will focus on delivering dynamic user experience prototypes that demonstrate the product value proposition, iteratively refine the designs, and collaborate with product and technology teams throughout the product lifecycle for delivery. The Digital Product Manager will also oversee product release coordination, production deployments, and will integrate usage analytics and adoption measurement into the multi-year product capabilities planning for the Infuse product. The product manager will have the opportunity to engage across all Investor Services product areas to map and align enterprise level digital product roadmaps.
A successful candidate will have both a solid understanding of our global asset manager and financial institution clients' operations as well as BBH's existing asset servicing products and services. The Digital Product Manager will engage on multiple cross-functional and global product management projects simultaneously, working closely with members of the Digital User Experience (UX) design team, product owners, client service teams, relationship managers, technologists, and clients. The product manager may also work closely with the Infuse Product program management team to assist and/or lead project management functions including, creating project plans, writing user stories, actively participating in Agile rituals, measuring, and communicating deliverable progress, resolving issues, and identifying program risks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Management
- Advance BBH's Global Investor Services strategy though the discovery, incubation, and delivery of differentiating digital products and services for global institutional asset managers and financial institutions
- Define, structure, and lead significant projects that deliver new digital user experiences across the full range of Investor Services product lines via the Infuse product
- Work closely with project sponsors, designers, and to create functional prototypes that deliver the essence of the intended business value proposition
- Engage with scrum teams for the development and delivery of technology driven products and user experiences
- Structure data centric and subjective analysis of product and capability usage patterns identifying anomalies, patterns, and opportunities for action
- Propose improvements to the design methodology based on lessons learned and retrospective reviews of projects
- Demonstrate independent thinking and creative solutioning to drive innovation that delivers value added client digital experiences
- Take a collaborative approach to problem solving, developing a non-hierarchical culture of transparency, empathy, and trust
- Support Voice-of-Client initiatives through conceptual product prototyping, building senior stakeholder buy-in and attracting required development funding for commercially viable Infuse products
Analysis
- Closely manage project scope, timeline, and resource requirements to maximize delivery efficiency
- Work closely and iteratively with the user experience design team to provide input, steerage, and feedback
- Recognize patterns in complex financial information and workflow processes, identifying opportunities to leverage existing capabilities, simplify the user experience and provide transparency
- Collaborate with the scrum team and business stakeholders to position the product design for technical delivery, rollout, and adoption
- Support objective, quantitative, and targeted usage analytics to measure the return on investment of digital products and inform future product priorities
Communication
- Clearly communicate product vision and user value to scrum teams and negotiate on architectural complexities to solution the optimal design and technology approach
- Communicate project progress and status to project sponsors and program managers via project dashboards and real-time reporting
- Assist in the creation of product announcements, guides, tool tips, and user value messaging
- Collaborate and direct the updates to digital product demo assets as needed
Leadership
- Lead team meetings, stakeholder workshops, training sessions and product demonstrations
- Provide guidance for team members through coaching, resolving interpersonal conflict, coordinating activity, and assigning work
- As a leader of the Firm, proactively foster diversity and inclusion within self and team

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
- Bachelor's degree, relevant project, or product management certifications a plus
- 8+ years of product management and/or design experience, including directing teams of designers and UX researchers in a geographically dispersed organization
- Proven track record of success delivering innovative digital products, including MVP product release as well as incremental product features and functions
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Direct experience or significant practical knowledge of:
- Global Asset Servicing - preferably in various core service areas like Custody, Fund Accounting / Administration, Securities Lending, Foreign Exchange, and Transfer Agency)
- Client Service - relationship management, support, or digital product sales
- Agile development methodologies
- UI/UX design and design thinking
- Ability to translate research insights into new product ideas and compelling UX design concepts
- Strong organizational and time management skills (the role includes coordination of complex projects cross functional global resources)
- Familiarity with enterprise web user analytics platforms (i.e., Adobe Analytics)
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training, physical or mental abilities required)
- Proficiency in MS Office product suite, Jira, Confluence, Invision or other UX prototyping tools
- Working knowledge of BI tools (i.e., Qlik and Hyperion)
