Digital Product Manager
Job Description
Senior Associate Digital Product manager:
- Help define the product's vision, solution design, and operating model through a clear understanding of the business and customer need through stakeholder engagement
- Own end-to-end delivery of product features, collaborate with the execution, identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks , work with product(s), development teams and design to manage cross product dependencies
- Analyze data to define requirements in a structured manner, translate the analysis into tactical work plan and next steps, and employ data analytics to measure the success of the product
- Create initiatives, refine epics and user stories in our JIRA tool, as well as identify and engage cross-impacted teams to prioritize work
- Establish plan for roll-out / release of new features and functionality; includes playbooks, launch plans, UAT, etc.; working with Operations, Branch and Marketing
- Support products in defining, measuring and reporting on product analytics and success metrics
- Build and manage relationships across several stakeholders, including our team (product-design-technology), digital products, CCB lines of business, and functional partners
Qualifications
- Must be customer experience-obsessed
- Experience in product development and feature definition/ownership with exposure to large-scale product management
- Ability to manage and create structure out of ambiguity and fully embrace change in an ever-evolving organization
- Strategic and analytical thinker with ability to interpret data and metrics to drive change and to synthesize distinct data points into a clear strategic set of priorities and gain sponsorship for direction
- Experience working closely with engineers and architects, including enough understanding of technology and systems to effectively solution and collaborate
- Experience with Agile ways of working, Scrum and ability to adapt agile tools
- Resourceful and results-oriented self-starter, solid project management skills, and relentless attention to detail
- Collaborative team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to senior stakeholders and partners
- BA/BS preferred
