As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of key features and enhancements in support of the product innovation strategy for Vision Care Digital Health with a strong focus on the MyAlcon Store platform. This individual will draft user stories and acceptance criteria and partner with the Design and Engineering teams to deliver valuable features to the markets on time. The Product Manager will also work to identify KPIs and progress against them in partnership with the broader Product team. Product feature development should be aligned to the Roadmap and also address customer feedback received to drive greater adoption and utilization.

This role will be on-site in Fort Worth, Texas and a typical day will include:

• Partner with the Product team to deliver features aligned to the Global Product Roadmap by drafting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Serves as the day-to-day contact for the team on clarification of requirements
• Define KPIs and monitor progress
• Stay in sync with the Dev Engineering team on priorities and day-to-day decision making
• Support Agile ways of working
• Drive simplified usability to reduce the amount of time required from the local sales team in new feature onboarding/adoption by accounts and patients/consumers
• Ensure interfaces and dependencies are considered
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various partners about requirements, adjustments, and progress
• Perform regular product demos with the larger cross-functional team
• Stay current with latest trends in digital health
• Delivery of roadmap features that are intuitive and on time
• Attainment against outlined OKRs
• Achievement of key team objectives - market releases, number of onboarded accounts, utilization increases, etc.
• Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within healthcare or regulated industries
• Experience with digital product development
• Familiarity with technology and interoperability standards
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile Development, DevOps and Scrum project methodologies
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into a user story and acceptance criteria as well as bridge between development teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in high quality product delivery, including planning, dependency management, and delivery execution and governance.
• Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to lead the team to push for a solution
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex messages and trade-offs
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with JIRA
• Experience in healthcare or eye care is a plus

What You'll Bring to Alcon:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
