Digital Product Manager

What you'll be doing

• Strategic Execution: Translate [solidcore]'s product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization into actionable deliverables. Collaborate effectively with development teams, including web, iOS, Android, and others, to ensure projects are completed within specified timelines and budget constraints.
• Roadmap: Assist in the development and maintenance of [solidcore]'s product roadmap and strategy.
• Requirement Definition: Work on refining the features outlined in [solidcore]'s product roadmap into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• User Story Management: Create and manage user stories, participating in grooming sessions, and leading testing efforts.
• Agile Adaptation: Learn and thrive in an agile environment, assisting in assessing business needs, refining priorities, and supporting milestones and deliverables.
• Marketing Technology Support: Assist the marketing team in implementing and maintaining marketing technology platforms
• Task Management: Efficiently manage tasks and workflows using the Product Management System (e.g., Asana or equivalent)
• Integration Management: oversee and be the main point of contact for various vendors

What we need from you

• Emerging Leadership: minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management or a related field.
• Educational or Professional Foundation: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a closely related field, or relevant work experience.
• Product Development Aptitude: A growing understanding of digital product development and implementation processes.
• Detail-Oriented and Collaborative: A keen eye for detail and a strong ability to collaborate with team members.
• Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a dynamic work environment.
• Technical Curiosity: An interest in technology and a desire to learn.
• Passion for Digital Innovation: An eagerness to contribute to digital innovation and enhance user experiences.
• Familiarity with the fitness industry and various software players is a bonus.

Compensation and benefits

• The salary range is $90- $110k
• Flexible PTO.
