Job Description

Basic Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing BAL.ON product development roadmaps
• Ensure a vision is clearly developed and executed with the team
• Create & sketch new features together with the team based on customer feedback and market insight
• Prioritize and test new features
• Provide validated features, in cooperation with the pre-development team
• Analyze all new market features,and understand trends in the golf industry and follow developments in technology
• Continue to evaluate features for the product
• Understand user and buyer persona and develop a unique value proposition
• Track user KPIs and improve lifetime value
• Maintain and report on the dashboard for app usage
• Utilize UI/UX Designer to create a valuable & intuitive user experience
• Support definition of user flows
• Support wireframing
• Represent BAL.ON at conferences, demo days, and golf events
• Manage technical sales accounts like golf performance centers and college teams
• Support the sales team in technical and product-respective aspects
• Regularly train sales staff and multipliers on new product functionalities
• Identify and open strategic partnerships
• Maintain relationships in the industry and with partners

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• 3 + years of experience in product management within the golf product/industry
• Experience with customer interaction and application support
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in working with international teams
• Visa sponsorship for Continental employees only
