We are looking for a talented Digital Product Manager (HYBRID) to join our team specializing in Marketing for our Corporate/CBS Business Segment in Minneapolis, MN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Works with the New Power cross functional teams to define digital solutions for a specific market. Ensure the vision, strategy, and business models are clear and develop a strategic roadmap to achieve plans
- Conducts market analysis of New Power product line customer segments, competitors, and external environment
- Key member of a matrixed Product Team responsible for the overall health and success of the digital product line supporting New Power Business
- Manages the 12-month rolling digital product roadmap used to communicate what, why and when to broad stakeholder groups
- Key member of the Business Model Team, leveraging the Business Model Canvas to describe how Cummins creates, delivers, and captures value from our New Power digital product line
- Develops the digital product backlog of features that guide the SAFe agile development of product line extensions
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Ability to use Design Thinking principles and Pragmatic framework tools to define customer, market, and regional personas and needs
- Translates market requirements into digital features and stories to guide development
- Understand key activities and issues in software product development to effectively communicate and translate with both business, market, and development team stakeholders
- Ability to quickly learn new product management approaches and tools in an Agile product development environment
Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, technical, or a related subject required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
