Digital Product Manager: Product Features
Job Description
Provides technical solutions for organizational digital transformation architecture from roadmap to implementation.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Designing, developing and implementing the digital transformation architecture across the organization, aligning to organizational strategies and business objectives.
- Participating in and monitoring the selection, implementation and maintenance of applications and integrated infrastructure systems.
- Collecting and analyzing data from all business units; identifying and assessing technical requirements for digital transformation.
- Providing explanations and consultancy on business process improvement, digital architecture, and application architecture.
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Additional Information for Posting
- The Digital Product Manager role will be supporting TIAA Bank's Consumer Deposits products
- This role will focus on the product features aspect of product management. You will be viewing our products from a technical perspective and working to understand how they work in our core systems and how we can modify and adjust products to meet company objectives
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of product management or project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Digital experience (customer web experience, account opening, mobile applications, etc.)
- Prior Technical experience (Implementation of new third party solutions, working with APIs, etc.)
- Understanding of Agile
- Curiosity on how things are made/function
- Desire for continuous improvement
- Great interpersonal & communication skills

Potential Salary: $109,800.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
