Job Description and Responsibilities:
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Create the best possible digital user experience in our industry that drives efficiency, educates, empowers and delights.
- Develop and manage the assigned digital product strategic roadmap to accomplish organizational objectives.
- Manage the tactical prioritization of digital product enhancements while partnering with the business steering committee and IT development teams on execution.
- Develop and distribute frequent analytics reporting to include customer feedback, and overall KPI metrics. Analysis and make recommendations on enhancements to leadership based on findings.
- Managing, reviewing and preparing weekly and monthly reports to evaluate production, profitability and growth opportunities.
- Leveraging survey reports for day to day issue resolution as well as product improvement.
- Monitoring voice of the customer programs and make suggestions for improvement.
- Manage implementation and overall success of analytics platforms with internal and external resources.
- Planning, conducting and reporting on consumer A/B and multivariate testing of digital changes.
- Lead usability testing for internal platforms, web, mobile apps and other digital platforms.
- Monitor customer needs and keep current on industry standards/trends and respond by making adjustments to user experience.
- Coordinate compliance with the Legal Dept. Act as the central contact point for questions regarding legal compliance issues regarding our online program.
- Work closely with the entire Digital team and other departments within the organization to execute on cross functional initiatives.
- May perform other duties as assigned
Experience/Skills Requirements
- At least 4+ years' experience of relevant digital experiences.
- At least 4+ years' experience with digital/platform analytics and the ability to integrate digital/platform metrics into robust reporting (Google Analytics preferred).
- Excellent strategic and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to assess processes and implement change to improve quality and efficiency.
- Familiarity with technical issues around web development and ability to work constructively with developers and designers.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Must possess above average interpersonal skills and have the ability to represent the company effectively in public forums and when interacting with potential partners.
- Ability to work independently.
- Insurance industry experience preferred.
- Requires proficient PC and Windows skills (intermediate level of Microsoft Office applications required).
- Proficient PC and Windows skills (advanced skills in Excel, Access, SQL, and web analytics tools).
- Basic understanding is required of mobile platforms iOS and Android, and OS Browsers IE, Safari, Chrome, Firefox.
Education Requirements
- Bachelors' degree required in marketing, computer sciences or related field.
- Master's degree in marketing, computer sciences or related field preferred
