Overview

As a Sr. Manager of Digital Product Management you will join a team transforming health care and health services for over 170M people worldwide. Our product team is constantly innovating and expanding into new verticals and capabilities in addition to building and maintaining some of the best-in-class healthcare brands and products in market. We are constantly looking for great talent and hiring only the best of the best. As a Sr. Manager you will act as a player-coach for the product management job-family within your domain. At times you may roll up your sleeves and lead a large initiatives with the support of junior product managers (and your inter-disciplinary counterparts) and at others you may act as an individual contributor as you hire folks to support your work. Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Product managers at Evernorth drive product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for our clients, patients and practitioners

As a Sr. Manager you are accountability for translating the strategy in your domain into a vision and roadmap for your product

You'll work directly with Engineering, Design, User Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great product

Evangelize the product management job family internally and externally

You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and actively work to improve the people, product, and process on your team and beyond

Mentor and at times lead a world-class team of junior product managers

Define and deliver compelling product roadmaps based on customer needs and strategic opportunities

Build alignment across product teams and cross-functional leaders through clear communication and strategic influence

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's and 5 years digital product management or equivalent work experience

2 years managing others

Experience shipping and managing products multiple times in your career

Demonstrated results in being able to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate them into both a short-term and long-term strategic plan

Mastery of both product discovery and delivery with exposure to the other

Familiarity with design thinking and lean start-up methodologies

Strong analytical mindset with an emphasis on implementing test-and-learn within your teams

Veteran or relatively new to on coaching junior product talent and supporting them as they develop and hone their craft

Strategically minded with the ability to connect dots and translate them into a cohesive roadmap

Entrepreneurial with either startup experience and/or driving new initiatives within a large organization

Experience in healthcare or a related space preferred, but not required

Track record of working well across engineering, data science, design and lines of business

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 117,100 - 195,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
