Job Summary
Are you the type of person who enjoys solving problems for customers and has a passion for digital products? In this role, you will create and maintain a vision for a digital product and provide iterative value to the organization through software delivery methods. We're looking for a curious and collaborative advocate to drive key business outcomes through digital products.

What You'll Do
1. Create, refine and maintain a product vision and the ROI associated to that product.
2. Maintain and prioritize a product backlog.
3. Establish the characteristics that define a minimally viable product delivering rapid value to the organization.
4. Identify business problems by leading continuous discovery activities with key stakeholders and customers.
5. Collect and negotiate stakeholder and customer needs, and work with a development team to deliver software to meet strategic outcomes.
6. Responsible for giving guidance to systems analysts who may be working on the vendor software.
7. Define the value proposition of software features and how the feature contributes to the strategic value of the product portfolio by developing key performance indicators for the feature.
8. Identify, track and document key metrics including but not limited to market share, return on investment, customer satisfaction and user adoption.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, computer science or engineering.
- Minimum one year experience in continuous software delivery.
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Lucid Charts and software development lifecycles (agile, lean, waterfall).
Travel
- Occasional travel is expected of this position.
Work Location
HYBRID: Some of a team member's day-to-day work may be best done at a location other than a Vermeer campus. Discuss specific arrangements with your manager.
