Digital Product/Project Owner

We are looking for a Digital Product/Project Owner!

Orange Belgium is looking for an experienced & motivated collaborator to define and build, as part of our Digital Tribe, the digital touchpoints that will delight our customers. This specific role should focus on the info & assistance mission of our websites & app.

Key responsibility areas:

• Collect evolution needs identified by the organization (Customer services, Mkt, sales, digital,….) as well as by the end users. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, analysts or tech teams to refine those needs into valuable stories (User stories & Acceptance Criteria).
• Manage & prioritize the product backlog in adequation with company strategy & objectives. Arbitrate the features aiming to elaborate most valuable tool. Complete backlog info with respect to both IT & business requirements (application of company TTM agile & waterfall processes).
• Act as project manager in some initiatives around your assigned digital product perimeter. Supervise the quality of the deliverables from briefing to launch phase.
• Communicate the product evolution & achievements towards key stakeholders. Follow-up relevant KPis to measure performance & results (customer satisfaction, UX analytics,…). 
• Benchmark competition & best in class actors on digital solutions. Follow up digital trends.
• Be part of the ambassadors of digital adoption & digitalization targets inside the company.

Your profile:

• Collaborative with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experience in usability and customer-focused design
• Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems
• Strong analytical skills
• Organized
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to deal with technical concepts shared by IT roles and development squad. An expertise with Drupal technology is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the Digital expertise domain
• 3 to 5 years of experience as Digital Product Owner or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of French or Dutch + English. Able to interact in multilingual meetings.
