Digital Program Manager

The Digital Program Manager is responsible for company-wide projects that extend beyond building software. This person will collect requirements from and needs of other teams within the company, including Operations, Compliance, Data Warehousing, and then partner with the Digital Product Owner to make sure all the pieces are being built and at the right time. They will then form a project plan and track its progress through its lifecycle. By developing industry knowledge and ensuring measurable outcomes, the Program Manager will also have a strategic voice on which initiatives to pursue.

Our Digital Program Manager will also have ownership over our Analytics platform and A/B Testing platforms - ensuring all those who rely on these platforms have their needs met and are coordinating.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create project plans for company-wide projects by actively seeking the answers to fundamental questions: (Who needs to be involved -What needs to happen -What are all the interdependencies and timings -Where could things go wrong)
• Monitor project timelines, updating status, escalating blocking issues, and informing dependent parties of the latest project information.
• Define and report against measures of success of these initiatives once live
• Work closely with the Digital team to make sure Digital pieces of the project plan can and will be done on time.
• Organize our A/B testing initiatives to avoid conflicts, contribute to results analysis and recommend future tests.
• Organize our Analytics platform to make sure all internal partners are getting the information they need, monitoring for major findings and information gaps.
• Work with UX Designers to identify opportunities and craft solutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS):

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline preferred (e.g., business, digital/IT, communications, etc.)
• 5+ years of project management or program management experience with demonstrated experience managing longer term (3+ months) projects across multiple departments/disciplines required
• Demonstrable experience with agile methodologies & deadline-based linear project planning is required
• A track record of directing the work of others, including those outside direct reporting structure, is preferred
• PMP or similar professional certification preferred
• Experience within eCommerce business preferred
• Experience in a highly-regulated industry preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills required
