The role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven digital project manager to join our innovative marketing agency. As a digital project manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and guiding projects on our digital team from inception to successful execution. These projects could be anywhere from website building to the creation of an app for our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional outcomes. Your primary client will be within our Lottery Solutions group.


  • Assist account management and sales teams with scope definition and documentation.
  • Manage resources and team alignment for optimal project performance.
  • Implement, oversee, and execute project plans, meticulously tracking budgets and timelines.
  • Create and manage comprehensive project documentation, optimizing workflows.
  • Lead projects from initiation to launch, guiding milestones and addressing challenges.
  • Provide clear task definition, progress reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Drive change management for scope adjustments and priority shifts.
  • Enhance agency processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee project budgets, fostering agencywide communication.
  • Recognize when to pivot and deviate from the original plan, always prioritizing the project’s ultimate success and optimal outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, leveraging influence for seamless idea adoption.

Standard Qualifications

  • Minimum four years of digital project management experience in an agency environment with a focus on digital services
  • Budget management and profit-loss understanding
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology; leadership and influence skills
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, solutions, and digital marketing ecosystems
  • Exceptional organizational skills; adaptable to fluid environments, high-level ideas, and constant change
