Role Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day tasks associated with various custom software, mobile and web development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering digital projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:

• Scope, budget & timeline management
• Project communication management
• Client relationship management
• Identify and manage project risks and threats
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Execute projects according to the project plan, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog items in collaboration with the client and development team.
• Conduct sprint planning sessions, ensuring both clients and the team have a clear understanding of feature requirements, sprint goals, commitments and risks.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to foster collaboration, identify obstacles, and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize Jira or similar project management tools to track project progress, manage tasks, and monitor team performance.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines, scope, or budget.
• Manage quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including software engineers, web developers, designers, and QA testers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Effectively communicate project status, updates, and risks to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software or web development industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience in a related role such as Project Management, Account Management, Business Analysis, Program Management or Product Management 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Razor-sharp problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skill and attention to detail.
• Proven aptitude to manage many competing projects and priorities.
