Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to manage the organization of key client websites and technical consulting projects. As our Digital Project Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.

Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. You should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable leading conversations across teams: clients, account services, content, design, development, analytics, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of web and technical projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, or other relevant studies with coursework in graphic design, web development, or similar
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in web project management, with 2 more years of experience working at an advertising agency
  • Well-versed in the many areas of digital - the ability to talk tech with developers and user flows with UX architects
  • Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Familiarity with programming languages, such as Java, HTML, or PHP
  • Detailed and organized note-taker and will capture every goal, action item, and assignment that comes out of every meeting
  • Comfortable using project management tools - such as Teamwork, to assign project-related tasks
  • Google Analytics understanding. Certified in Google Analytics? Even better!
  • Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects
  • Superb leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Project management certification is a plus
