Summary:

The Digital Project Manager, Specialty HDOL is a new role designed to support the strategically important growth of the Specialty practices at HUB. The Digital Project Manager will report directly to HUB Drive Online Product Manager.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager and customer digitalization success manager for an insurance and risk management solution client engagement portal. The candidate will be responsible for managing third party vendors integrated into the dashboard, increasing customer use and working with field sales and operations account managers to assure customer success of the dashboard use. The candidate will interact with internal IT, marketing, sales and service teams, as well as third party vendors participating in the service delivery. The candidate must be professional, operations management focused to deliver key deliverables and committed to development within the company and industry niches the dashboard serves.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Work to Manage Integrated third-party vendors connected to the HUB Drive Online solution
• Project Map ongoing customer improvements & solutions
• Report Sales & Pipeline of users to 3rd party vendors
• Connect with external software vendor to ongoing changes & requirements
• Connect internally with HUB IT, EPIC Integration for continued improvement
• Assure customer experience & success with HUB Drive Online Modules as Customers adopt & use them

Basic Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of Digital Project & Operational Management
• Ability to understand API technology & connections with third parties (but not write the code)
• Prior experience in customer success strategies with digital client interfaces
