Digital Project Manager (Distributor Websites)

SharkNinja are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join the EMEA DTC Project Delivery Team, based in Leeds. Reporting to the EMEA Senior Digital Delivery Manager, you will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to support the roll out of new distributor websites across EMEA.

This role will require you to collaborate closely with a number of internal and external teams across EMEA to ensure new distributor websites are rolled out on time and on brand.

Here are some of the exciting things you will get to do: 

• Support the Shark Ninja DTC Distributor expansion strategy by ensuring agreed projects are delivered on target vs plan and reporting on success criteria to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Working with all necessary parties, create a project implementation plan and oversee the successful delivery of all workstreams
• Responsible for all aspects of the project including schedule, resources, budget and risks ensuring projects complete on time and to a high quality standard
• Successfully mitigate all project risks, manage all issues, and ensure that projects remain on track vs plan whilst managing and influencing all key stakeholders in the process and working closely with the EMEA & Distribution Project Teams
• Manage projects through Project Lifecycle from research through to implementation and close.

• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders documenting beginning to end status of project including technical, schedule and financial issues that may be present
• Manages distributor website delivery teams indirectly as needed to ensure the success of the project.
• Promote harmonious working relationships between self and teams to ensure smooth and frictionless delivery of all project workstreams
• Responsible for providing clear and concise comms to all stakeholders, varying in seniority, both internally and externally
• Maintains a level of commercial awareness to ensure all projects are continually aligned to the changing business needs, growth targets whilst delivered within budget

• Ensure legal & compliance requirements are adhered to and approved within schedule

• Strong Knowledge of the Digital Environment and consumer journey
• Knowledge and experience of delivering digital projects that enhance the customer journey, For example, implementation of new EMEA Websites.
• Stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• Relevant formal education to Degree level or above
• Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel
