Digital Resource Coordinator

Adcetera is seeking a full-time Internal Digital Resource Coordinator to join our team at our Midtown Houston office. In this role, you'll work closely with both the digital delivery team as well as account service, managing digital projects from inception to completion, with special focus on the development and delivery phase of a project.

Qualified candidates should possess excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. In this role, you'll ensure digital projects are delivered on time, within the defined scope and meet or exceed Adcetera's high quality standards.

In this role, you'll be exposed to a variety of project types ranging from small, quick-turn email blasts or microsites to large scale, enterprise website implementations and everything in between. Although not required, a general understanding of web technologies would be helpful.

Requirements

Qualifications

• At least two years of agency client/project management experience
• Digital agency experience is a plus but not required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to drive and sustain multiple projects at once, working with multiple agency departments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience working in Jira, Confluence or similar PM software is a plus but not required
• General understanding of agile project methodology would be helpful

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear understanding of each project's requirements and deliverables
• Oversee development activities on a day-to-day basis, ensuring our development team stays on track and on timeline.
• Facilitate the morning and afternoon team scrums
• Plan and coordinate testing of digital deliverables
• Manage project backlogs
• Lead sprint demos with project stakeholders
• Produce weekly status reports for senior management
