About the team:
Forming in 2013, our team is a diverse mix of seasoned sales executives, each bringing their unique perspectives and skills. We support community banking with a high sales velocity that does not require field expertise. Our team collaborates with multiple internal business units to drive incremental revenue and meet our customers' needs.
What you will be doing:
- On average, you will have a daily reach-out goal of 30 calls.
- Excellent presentation, written and oral skills.
- Successfully identify and negotiate deals that meet our clients' needs.
- You will work closely in collaboration with field sellers.
- Ability to review and assess contracting and red lines.
- Must have experience forecasting and identifying industry trends.
What you bring:
- Must have extensive knowledge and background in forecasting.
- At least two years of sales experience.
- Knowledge of B2B (Business-to-business) sales.
- Proficient in verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Must know how to run a close plan.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience selling to Financial Institutions.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft applications.
- Strong and proven analytical knowledge.
- Enjoys being a coach and eagerness to grow.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $27.63 - $45.59 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
