About the jobThe Digital Sales Project Manager will lead cross-functional projects within the Digital Sales GTM team including Sales Development, Marketing, and Operations to accelerate the revenue pipeline. The ideal candidate has experience managing & driving multiple projects simultaneously, including program design, training, and reporting progress. This role requires extensive collaboration internally and will report to the Digital Sales Strategic Initiatives Manager.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple work-streams to support and help scale the Digital Sales team
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Ops, Sales Strategy & Analytics), as well as Market Development leadershipÂ
- Determine and define project scope, timeline, resource planning, track project costs, and objectives
- Integrate new technical team processes into existing sales development organizations.
- Work with global teams and build understanding of how to drive success across regions and product categories.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders for regular status updates, through disciplined documentation, extreme attention to detail, accurate reporting and thoughtful escalations

Required
- 2+ years experience in project management
- Highly analytical, data and systems-oriented thinker
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
- An expert in motivating sales teams to adopt new strategiesÂ
- Highly effective presenter and influencer internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
Desired
- Deep knowledge of scaling sales programs, strategic projects, and strategies to address a technical buyer
- 2+ years in sales development, inside sales, sales, or sales program management
- Collaboration with product development teams to leverage user data to nurture new sign-ups
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
LocationÂ
- This role will be remote, and based in the USA.
- Approximately 15% travel is anticipated.

*Please note this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado, California, New York, and Washington. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in Colorado: $61,984- $77,376.
- Based in New York, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay area, California: $68,640 - $85,904.
- This role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
