This role reflects the responsibilities of the Adage Digital Services Support Analyst, who will work on the day-to-day operations of our support clients. We are seeking a candidate with a combination of business analyst skillsets and project management experience, with an ability and desire to be client-facing. As the Digital Services Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing level-two troubleshooting and support to end-users, working with Developers to prioritize and resolve issues, escalating issues to delivery teams as necessary, and ensuring that the client is kept informed throughout the process. You'll use your strong understanding of both technical and business aspects and ability to prioritize work independently to work efficiently with clients and team members to quickly resolve issues.

We want someone who:
- Has at least 2+ years' experience in a client-facing role. A background in digital marketing, web or software development organization, and/or consulting background is preferred, but not required.
- Has experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation.
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address business needs effectively.
- Has a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage project risks effectively
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Has strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Is a team player with a collaborative and proactive attitude towards working in a team environment.
- Has worked in a fast-paced client environment, managing multiple clients and priorities concurrently
- Understands and can create tangible clarity around abstract ideas
- Has strong business writing skills
- Communicates exceptionally well in video conference
- Has proven organization skills and attention to detail
- Enjoys working with developers and designers to understand technology requirements
- Is unafraid of asking questions
- Is willing to challenge ideas in a positive and collaborative manner
