Job Purpose

The Digital Signage Media Manger will have talent with digital media, content management & distribution, as well as customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to achieve balance between customer's media schedule and media requirements. The goal is to streamline and maximize the time allotted to manage, distribute and maintain content for the customer's digital signage locations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with End Customer to understand and help compile a media distribution plan for digital signage media.
  • Gather all finished assets from End Customer or third party (agency, software partner, etc) for each media release.
  • Schedule and test all media internally prior to signoff and release.
  • Schedule, execute and communicate with customer regarding media for review and signoff prior to deployment.
  • Schedule, execute and report results of digital signage network media deployment based on customer request and requirements.
  • Manage and maintain a media deployment schedule for multiple clients each with different frequencies of new media distributions.
  • Maintain content libraries for each customer to ensure ability to rollback at any point if needed.
  • Work with software partners to deliver working assets from clients and instruction on buildout of dynamic content.
  • Help deliver proper information about content needs and requirements based on customer outcome requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager.


Qualifications

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree desired, will consider certifications in digital media design and creation.
  • Experience in the use of Navori or similar CMS products is essential.
  • Must bring integrity, creative knowledge, technical knowledge, and ability and passion to solve customer problems.
  • Ideally, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in content management and distribution.
  • Experience with media creation and creation tools preferred. This includes different types of media and how they are created.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe creative suite required.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and multi outcome results management.
  • Excellent writing skills as well as presentation capabilities when customer explanation is required.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.


Working Conditions

  • Work productively in a corporate office space or remotely if necessary
  • Business casual in office, and business professional in front of customers
  • Requires limited nights and weekends


Physical Requirements

  • Be able to sit for long periods of time without issues
  • Extensive use of hands and fingers for typing, digital media management, and paperwork
  • Extensive use of eyes for reviewing media, media schedules and other details on a computer screen
