Role Description:

Cold Bore Technology is looking to hire for Digital & Social Media Marketing to grow our team. Reporting to the Sr Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the social media marketing strategy, reporting and analytics, including the digital marketing strategy and product messaging. This role is an opportunity for a self-starter to grow their experience in the exciting world of high tech, working with some of the smartest people in the industry to revolutionize completions through IIoT smart technology. Working in a fast-paced team environment, this role requires a self-motivated individual with a high degree of collaboration and innovation. Responsibilities:

• Work with the Sr Marketing & Communications Manager in implementing product marketing, sales enablement, and customer experience strategies & tactics.
• Work closely with the Product team and other key stakeholders for competitive research and target market strategy.
• Write copy for both print and web, including (but not limited to) the company website, sales collateral, social media, newsletters, white papers, and the like.
• Gather insights, requirements, and data from other departments in the organization for translated simplified product messaging.
• Craft digital assets with basic design tools (advanced design tools are not required but would be considered an asset).
• Develop internal messaging to enable and guide Sales and Product team discussions.
• Manage the digital lead strategy with SEO, online analytics, and CRM tools.
• Create and maintain a selection of photography, graphic, and videography for print and electronic communications.
• Support the video editing team with final approvals and content descriptions.

Requirements:

• Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofing skills.
• Experience in graphic design with tools like Canva is required.
• Product Marketing experience is considered an asset.
• Social Media Marketing, implementation and campaign management experience is required.
• Experience with technology concepts considered an asset but not required.
• A demonstrated high level of drive and self-motivation.
