Digital Solutions Developer
Job Description
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Designs, develops, integrates, and deploys technology solutions
- Works with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to gather appropriate information and improve development processes through application of best practices
- Quickly learns and applies new technical skills, processes, methodologies
- Plans for technical dependencies, provides appropriately timed task estimates, and tracks progress toward goals
- Communicates effectively to a broad audience within and outside of technology
- Integrates with Content Management Systems to present content in mobile apps
- Ensures solutions are architected to improve data quality and analytics
- Proactively identifies opportunities to improve current digital solutions or processes
- Identifies and escalates issues and risks early to minimize impact to business
- Works with analysts to prepare training materials, including technical user manuals, deployment specs, and system configuration documents
- Develops and documents configuration and data requirements
- Assist in defining test cases that support business requirements
- Helps identify the people, process, and culture changes required to adopt the change, creates plans to manage/implement, and drives to completion
- Other duties as assigned based on business need

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of technology experience in process automation, web development, and/or mobile development
- Web development experience in one or more of the following areas: ASP.NET (C#), REST API, SQL, HTML5/CSS3, Javascript (ES6), .NET Framework 4.7/NET Core, JSON/XML, AJAX, Graph database
- Mobile development experience in one or more of the following areas: React Native, Javascript/Typescript, backend /API in .NET, integrating with Azure services and APIs
- Experience writing technical documentation
- Experience with version control (Git)
- Familiarity with Mobile build and distribution processes such as the Apple and Android app stores, App Center, Test-flight, and iOS Application signing best practices
- Experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- Experience with data visualization software like Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
- This position may require travel to other Winnebago locations
