Digital Solutions Manager - Supply Chain

The Digital Solutions Manager is focused on providing seamless access to data and technology that empowers people to efficiently do what they do best every day. As part of the Global Operations and Integrated Supply Chain team, primary partnership will be with Procurement, Materials, Logistics, and Quality.

Leading a team of analysists, you will identify projects and improvements to advance digital tools and technology, data analytics and visualization, process automation, and digitalization across supply chain functions. The Digital Solutions Manager prioritizes, assigns, tracks and communicates team progress of key digital initiatives to ensure stakeholder alignment.

What You Will Do:

• Provide daily leadership, management and support to team members while continually developing and expanding individual and team capabilities
• Engage with internal business partners to understand their digital objectives and challenges
• Translate internal customer needs into actionable projects
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with data creators and data users to develop and implement a wide variety of digital solutions
• Promote and advance digital transformation and maturity across multiple functions
• Serve as the project manager for key digital projects. Partner with IT on technical solutions.
• Drive robust and stable solutions with accurate and reliable results
• Provide training, support, and maintenance for systems, tools, and technology
• Evaluate, rationalize, and continuously improve existing processes
• Stay abreast of emerging and innovative technology and systems

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant Master's is preferred, but not required.
• 5 Years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Operations or Computer Science.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Experienced in leading and achieving results through team empowerment and engagement
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, as well as strong project management and process improvement skills
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple cross-functional projects
• Excellent communication with the ability to effectively engage at all levels of the organization
• Ability to navigate, build relationships and influence in a matrixed organization
• Single source of truth mindset backed by a standardization and automation approach
• Proficiency with Microsoft business and data applications.
• Familiarity with functional specific business software and systems (ERP, PowerBI, advanced Excel, procurement, data cubes, RPA, data management, visualization, CRM).
