Digital Solutions Specialist I
Job Description
- Maintain a catalog of all 3rd party vendors / digital solutions and their capabilities and value to HMA Clients
- Own the Member (user) experience associated with digital solutions and make recommendations for improvement
- Partner with customer-facing teams to understand opportunities for improved experience
- Review and catalog vendor contracts to understand SLA's, minimum service levels and vendor expectations
- Define and document escalation procedures for 3rd party vendors / digital solutions, along with internal and external contacts.
- Monitor events and triage alerts across various digital solutions and downstream systems
- Identify and resolve false positive findings reported by monitoring solutions
- Monitor email and ticketing systems for digital solutions related issues and follow through until resolution
- Stay up-to-date with new features and capabilities of 3rd party vendors and digital solutions as well as upcoming feature deprecation and the impact it may have on HMA and our clients
- Perform first level incidence response activities
- Assess digital solutions usage and interaction with internal HMA Systems and make recommendations to improve client and member service levels
- Evaluate third party relationships for compliance to organization security standards
- Collaborate with IT department and Business colleagues to develop digital solutions programs as an SME
- Research HealthCare digital solutions and related trends, new methods, and techniques used in order to expand HMA's service offerings
- Support projects across associated business processes, such as development, change management, vendor on-boarding related to digital solutions and 3rd party vendors.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on digital solutions and 3rd party vendors related projects and initiatives assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred
- Experience with vendors and 3rd party relationship and management
- Experience with escalation and communication procedures
- Experience with monitoring solutions and digital operations management platforms like Pager Duty
- Experience building dashboards and reports based on vendor state and open issues
- Experience with relationship management, project management and logistics
- Experience with Health Care related solutions and vendors
