Digital Specialist

The Breeze Marketing Team is in search of an Email Specialist to help broaden our email marketing chops as we expand to more cities across the U.S. and beyond. • Plan, develop, and execute Breeze email campaigns, including promotions, branding, post-purchase, abandonment, and reactivation series
• Own promotion and email calendar for cross-team collaboration
• Develop segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue
• Partner with creative team to develop impactful email assets that improve engagement, revenue, and automation
• Partner with Paid Media Specialist and Brand Manager to grow email subscriber list through organic and paid campaigns
• Provide regular campaign reporting with recommendations for improvements and optimizations
• Strategize and implement testing initiatives in areas such as creative assets, messaging, and segmenting tactics to improve performance
• Assist with paid media marketing and website optimization when necessary
• Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence

Minimum Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience while meeting team’s goals and KPIs.
• 2+ years email marketing experience, with hands-on experience using email marketing platform (SendGrid a plus) and experience coding emails
• 1+ years’ experience with digital marketing reporting and analytics.
• Strong copy writing and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success.
• Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines

• Strong sense of email marketing fundamentals
• Strong sense of analytical and reporting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
