While many current positions have the option of working remotely, our offices are available for all employees to work from on a voluntary basis. We have beautiful offices in Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, and Boston, MA to accommodate employees in a hybrid or full-office setting.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
C+C is seeking a motivated and strategic Digital Strategist to lead and execute comprehensive social media and digital campaigns for clients to drive behavior change. Our Digital Strategist will have 4+ years of agency experience and be well-versed in organic and paid digital strategies, with a strong focus on social media content creation and strategic planning. Additionally, this individual is skilled in managing a range of budgets and educated or interested in social/environmental/public health issues.
Our ideal candidate will be based out of one of our primary office locations: Seattle, WA, Portland, OR or Boston, MA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads organic social strategic plan development to promote programs, accomplish objectives and drive specific actions.
- Infuses strategy into deliverables including editorial calendars, organic social media plans, influencer campaigns, paid digital campaigns, and reporting.
- Utilizes analytics tools (app, Google Analytics) to measure impact, excelling at translating data into compelling stories and explaining the "why" for account teams and clients.
- Creates social media content with an authentic brand voice and compelling calls-to-action, tailored for channels and formats, aligning with strategic themes and pillars.
- Partners with VP of Digital Strategy and Digital Strategy Director as well as account teams to plan, manage, analyze and optimize campaigns.
- Brings boundless curiosity and creativity to digital campaigns, asking questions, introducing the latest trends, and confident testing new strategies.
- Supports Digital Strategy Director in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of agency experience with a primarily digital background.
- Ability to write and present comprehensive strategic digital plans.
- Thrives in cross-functional environments, adept and enjoys collaborating with different teams to align and achieve shared goals.
- Delivers regular internal and client-facing thought leadership.
- Balances complex workflows, effectively delegates tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Contributes to agency POVs and pushes the envelope to expand digital capabilities.
- Proficiency in managing organic social media content creation, community management and monitoring.
- Proficiency in managing paid social campaigns (e.g., Meta ads, Google Ads).
- Experience with influencer engagement and collaborations with content creators.
- Ability to lead medium to large projects.
- Proficient in reporting and analysis.
- Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Scoping and managing a budget.
- Has a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
A Plus:
- Seattle, Boston or Portland-based
- Proficiency in using tools like Canva or Adobe Express for social media content creation
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Meltwater)
- Google Analytics Certified, Google Ads Certified, Meta Certified
- Understanding of AI (generative, e.g., ChatGPT)
COMPENSATION
This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $72,000- $90,000 plus bonus.
