We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Digital Strategist with a focus on conversion optimization to join our team and help us drive growth and improve the performance of our digital channels.  As a Digital Strategist you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to create seamless and engaging user experiences that drive business results.

  • Develop and implement conversion optimization strategies to improve the performance of our digital channels, including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media. 
  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to create user-centered experiences that drive conversions and achieve business objectives. 
  • Conduct user research, analyze web analytics data, and perform A/B testing to identify areas of improvement and optimize the user experience. 
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor and report on the effectiveness of conversion optimization efforts. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in conversion optimization, user experience, and digital marketing. 
  • Present and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and executive-level management. 
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate on strategies to drive continuous improvement and maximize conversion rates.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on conversion optimization, user experience, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful conversion optimization strategies. 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. 
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization tools, such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively. 
  • Knowledge of user experience principles, design thinking, and customer journey mapping is a plus. 
  • Experience with Jira is a plus
