Digital Strategy Analyst I
Job Description
Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is looking to fill a Digital Strategy Analyst position on our Digital Strategy & Analytics team. Based on a solid understanding of our corporate goals, marketing objectives and strategies, this position will work with the marketing department and external agencies to help execute the digital testing and optimization program to optimize mobile app and website performance, satisfaction, and conversion. They will also be responsible for supporting all UX based projects and deliverables.
The Analyst will help manage the day-to-day relationships and tasks with internal and external resources involved in projects - e.g., brainstorming, designing, refining, approving, and executing website optimizations and A/B testing on schedule and within budget. This position must exercise sound judgment in seeking input/approvals from peers and managers at appropriate junctures while demonstrating initiative and an eye for detail and analytics.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Support the UX (user experience) program for all applicable digital efforts.
Support the corporate digital testing and optimization program.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Support the UX (user experience) program for all applicable digital efforts.
- Review website analytics and research UX best practices to generate new UX ideas for the website and mobile app.
- Ability to translate UX ideas into wireframes or mockups for review during planning and strategy meetings.
- Work with cross-functional teams including members from digital strategy, analytics, CRM, brand communications, web, customer service and product.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of all creative and technical assets pertaining to UX improvements.
- Work along side external partners at digital and web agencies to drive UX improvements.
- Work to ensure that UX improvements and the testing roadmap are aligned.
Support the corporate digital testing and optimization program.
- Collaborate with teams to create hypotheses and testing ideas for improving website and app performance, satisfaction, and conversion metrics.
- Work with external partners at digital, analytics and web agencies to develop and execute the testing roadmap within budget.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of all creative and technical assets for tests.
- Report and present testing results.
- Based on reports and analysis from a variety of data sources, make recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and ensure marketing goals are met or exceeded.
- Assist in managing the testing budget to ensure spend is efficient in driving enhancements and meeting business objectives.
- Work with other team members to ensure testing roadmap is aligned with media plans/testing as well as website releases and work.
