Digital Strategy Lead
Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Strategist to lead our Paid Media (Search, Social & Programmatic), SEO, Marketing Automation and Development teams. This person will also be a key member of the Point To Point leadership team, inspiring and guiding the PTP team and helping set the direction for the agency.
As the Digital Strategy Lead, you'll put your proven leadership skills to work driving profitable growth of your department. You'll design high-performing, data-driven digital strategies for clients to help them achieve their goals. You'll collaborate with creative, strategy and account leads on campaigns while also working closely with clients and vendors to develop and implement programs and campaigns.
Your experience should include a focus in paid search and programmatic display - with exposure to and collaboration with SEO, paid social, marketing automation and web development. You've worked in data platforms such as Google Data Studio, Adverity or similar tooling and can direct the team in the setup of dashboards and extract insights from data to tell a compelling story. We have a strong in-house team, and a diverse group of external expert partners, who need a leader that can collaborate and communicate across multiple disciplines and bring together a strategy grounded in our unique expertise.

Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead digital strategy for our clients and internal team members.
- Serve as a member of the agency leadership team.
- Develops and delivers agency digital capabilities & processes.
- Create a roadmap for ongoing PTP digital capability development.
- Lead our digital teams forward, providing professional development and coaching to evolve their capabilities and careers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external resources, clients, vendors, and other agencies to bring the best opportunities to life.
- Differentiate PTP capabilities as we pursue new opportunities and expand our client relationships.
- Develop innovative digital strategies and plans, and oversees the implementation of digital campaigns across a variety of clients and channels.
- Rigorously monitor and measure campaign performance, identifying optimizations and learnings, as well as developing campaign reporting with clear insights and recommendations to share with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Acquire knowledge of clients' businesses and customers to stay ahead of needs
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in digital marketing, leading and developing digital strategies.
- Extremely curious, data-driven, results-oriented, and highly skilled at problem-solving.
- Direct and persuasive communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Deep experience with using data and technology to design and implement innovative media campaigns that drive growth.
- Experience managing, leading and growing teams.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social management platforms, media buying systems (e.g. Basis by Centro, Paid Social platforms, Google Ads) preferred.
- Desire to work and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A self-starter who thrives on impressing clients with results.
