About the Role 

Our stylists help top brands and retailers bring their creative vision, branding, and product assortment to life. You’ll be a great fit for us if you get excited by producing beautiful content that will be seen by millions. As a Digital Stylist, you will play a vital role in building and curating our styling deliverables so that our clients receive the highest quality content. Collaboration skills and a problem-solving attitude should be part of your DNA, and you know how to work well with others to achieve your goals. 

What You Will Do

• Work alongside the Lead Stylist on a given client to create and curate outfits for clients with our latest technology/solutions
• Develop an expertise of our platform and tools in order to deliver outfit content and programs for clients
• Collaborate with members of the Styling, Operations, and Account Management teams to ensure that client programs are successful
• Understand client Styling Guidelines/Rules and current trends to deliver on client objectives
• Identify client styling opportunities as well as challenges and communicate that to Styling and Ops Leads
• Meet styling goals that are essential to delivering successful client programs
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Proactively seek out opportunities to improve client styling and the styling process in order to streamline needs and deliver the highest quality content
• Comprehend performance results as well as assist in building any recommendations

Must-Have Qualifications

• Be passionate about fashion & technology with progressive experience in both fields preferable
• Must possess a deep understanding of today’s fashion & styling trends, and be creative, proactive, solution-oriented, as well as reliable
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Dependability is a MUST. Meeting deadlines and adhering to a schedule is key
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Have a hunger for success and proactively seek out opportunities to support the team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
• Have a desire to understand and exceed client program needs
• Proficiency working with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Someone who sees themself working day to day in an environment and culture driven by our values
• Ability to be self-sufficient

Nice-to-Have Qualifications  

• Current senior at an accredited college or university OR graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 
• 1-3 years experience in a styling, merchandising, retail, or design role 
• Experience working in the fashion, retail, and/or eCommerce industry

Salary

When we find the right person, we try to put our best foot forward with an offer that excites you and is fair on our end. We consider the skills and experience you bring, what similar jobs pay, and make sure there’s equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The compensation amount for this role is targeted at $45,000.00. The final offer also takes into account other factors of a total compensation package, including what is market-based on the region. Please note that the range is being shared in good faith and is subject to modification based on changing market and business conditions.
