Digital Oilfield Recovery - Surveillance Solutions Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for driving and managing the synergy engagements centered around Digital Surveillance Solutions under the Digital Oilfield Recovery Team and through regional sales support as required. Responsible for the expansion of Sensia's Surveillance and digital capabilities both within the DOR group opportunities and within Sensia globally. Support and SME to expand DOR opportunities for Surveillance and Digital expansion. Ensure that all opportunities are identified and managed for surveillance solution systems including enterprise-wide solutions utilizing the Sensia portfolio of products and Sensia's accessible 3rd party equipment. Work with the team to develop and maintain exclusive sales and support for key alliance contacts. Ensure growth with Sensia Alliance partners to further sales enablement and grow market share footprint across all DOR facets of production methods and surveillance requirements.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor worldwide Digital Oilfield Recovery business and ensure opportunities are resourced and tactically managed
- Ensure market/sales activity plans are set to achieve revenue and profit goals
- Maintain and develop relationships with key customers and work with Geomarkets to strengthen existing relationships
- Utilize Product Line opportunities pipeline for the global defined areas and provide input to the quarterly/annual plans
- Responsible for delivering the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) as related to the quarterly and annual plans that were developed
- Understand internal and external market drivers; prioritize opportunities and ensure sufficient territory coverage
- Provide key support to regional sales teams to further opportunities with key alliance partners and to assist with regional digital sales efforts as related to DOR and Surveillance
Previous Experience and Competencies:
- Education: BS/BA in Engineering, Geosciences, Marketing and Sales, Business or equivalent
- Experience: 8 - 12+ years' experience in a combination of operations (oilfield or otherwise), sales, marketing and management with excellent communication and negotiation skills
