Digital Technolgy Operation Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage maintenance projects, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and according to the project's goals.
• Understand and implement the methodologies adopted by the contractor for development, implementation, maintenance, support, and operations. Ensure that all processes align with best practices and standards.
• Develop and maintain technical, operational guides, and process and procedure documentation
• Utilize in-depth IT knowledge to guide decision-making and optimize system operations. Support the integration of IT solutions into daily operations and provide expertise in IT-related matters.
• Develop and maintain automated test strategies and scripts, ensuring that the testing process is efficient and reliable
• Monitor the system's solution, including services like batch jobs and resource utilization. Ensure that performance monitoring is ongoing and problems are detected and resolved proactively.
• Implement, troubleshoot, and tune the performance of operating systems, middleware, and system services. Maintain system efficiency and ensure all technical issues are resolved promptly.
• Manage the overall system operations, including helpdesk operations. Ensure that system services are functional and that helpdesk.

PROFILE

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelors in Engineering or Business
• Possess at least 3 years of experience in managing maintenance projects.
• Knowledgeable and experienced with the methodologies the Contractor is adopting for development, implementation, maintenance, support and operations.
• Possess strong knowledge on producing technical, operational, guides, process and procedure, maintenance documentation and implementing operational procedures and process.
• Possess strong knowledge in creation and maintenance of the automation of test strategies and test scripts.
• Possess good knowledge in monitoring of the Solution, including its services (e.g batch jobs, resource utilization.
• Possess good knowledge in implementing, troubleshooting, performance tuning of operating system, middlewares and system services.
• Possess experience in managing system operations, inclusive of helpdesk operations.
