Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team Digital Transformation team, you will contribute to working directly to build, develop, or design functionality for a product, as well as participate in the ongoing implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing products.

The Digital Transformation - Product Management - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Assists with developing and executing underlying operational processes to support product management.
  • Supports product enhancements and ongoing maintenance.
  • Identifies opportunities for product improvements.
  • Assists with development of business insights and OKRs.

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 2 years

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Product Support Management Experience
  • Program Management Experience

Skills

  • Developing business Insights including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, benchmarking, creating OKRs etc
  • Assisting in the development of the story and messaging around the product and associated business insights; 
  • Identifying process /and or product enhancement and optimization opportunities
  • Supporting and addressing customer and stakeholder needs

Qualifications

  • Experience developing business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
  • Strong Communications skills both written and verbal; experience planning and distributing communication, etc.
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in an effort to meet strategic objectives.
  • Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, PPT, etc.
  • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data and develop meaningful stories
  • The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.

  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment; to think creatively and develop new and innovative solutions. Ability to problem solve, design, and think through processes identifying key risks, gaps and mitigation strategies.
  • Skillful relationship builder and facilitator that can help drive success of an evolving program.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills required. Comfortable breaking down and presenting complex information to a wide array of audiences including senior executives. 
  • Demonstrate and apply strong project management skills and communication skills, inspire teamwork and collaborative spirit across internal customer and stakeholder teams.
  • Prior experience working on a large-scale change initiative to provide design leadership in large or complex development projects involving application development, migrations, and additions to existing applications desired.
  • Prior successful candidates have had some familiarity with any one of the following: SysDLC , Change Management, AWS, automated governance implementation, technology related marketing/communications.
  • Knowledge of the Agile development framework and Jira nice to have but not required.
  • Strong written and oral Communications skills necessary.
