Digital Workplace Administrator:
The Collaboration Support Analyst will provide global support for Allegion's portfolio of collaboration applications built on Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint, Exchange, Teams) and other technology platforms. This includes support and administration of these tools, as well as end-user support and training.
This position will report to the Global Collaboration Manager and will be part of the Enterprise Application team working with our business partners throughout various locations around the world.

Digital Workplace Administrator:
The Collaboration Support Analyst will provide global support for Allegion's portfolio of collaboration applications built on Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint, Exchange, Teams) and other technology platforms. This includes support and administration of these tools, as well as end-user support and training.
This position will report to the Global Collaboration Manager and will be part of the Enterprise Application team working with our business partners throughout various locations around the world.
Primary Accountabilities
- Develop solutions for business partners
- Administer and support Allegion's Office 365 environment.
- Provide first and second level support for Office 365 tools including SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook, and Teams
- Work closely with users to provide training and to evaluate needs and propose solutions.
- Evaluate collaboration tools and make recommendations to meet new business requirements.
- Work closely with other Allegion information technology groups to refine and document current and future state business processes, and to analyze interactions and interdependencies.
Qualifications
- 2-years of experience with administrating and developing solutions with Office 365 applications including SharePoint, PowerApps, Flow, and Teams.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and its capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of collaboration and communication technologies.
- Demonstrated success working with end-users and providing technical training.
- Strong knowledge of .NET, PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business (or Management), Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal relationship building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Diligent attention to detail, processes, and quality of outputs.
- Ability to execute and deliver with an agile / iterative approach.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities.
- Works well with teams that may be globally co-located.
- Excellent communication skills (oral / written), presenting, listening, and informing. Ability to communicate up, down, and across the organization.
- Minimal travel.
