Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Service Offering Manager who will be responsible for solutions and services focused on Unified Collaboration and Workplace Productivity. Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Own strategy and life cycle management of the offering stack he/she is responsible for
• Build thought leadership, Point of View, new solutions and services
• Create and manage GTM content & accelerators for horizontal & industry vertical solutions
• Conduct enablement sessions for sale, presales and delivery teams on the offerings
• Build strong partner ecosystem for services and technology where needed.
• Help improve competitiveness in Analyst and intermediary ratings
• Support presales for large / complex pursuits as a practitioner / SME
• Engage with customer leadership in capability presentations
• Guide sales, solution and other presales teams in shaping pursuits and review transformation solutions proposed
• Manage a team of Offering Specialists and provide inputs and guidance to them on career development

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 14+ years' experience with technical design and architecture of Unified Collaboration Services, IP telephony, Instant Messaging, Audio/Video and Workplace productivity solutions built on technologies like Avaya, Cisco, VOSS, Zoom, Ring Central, MS Teams, O365, AudioCodes, etc.
• Ability to manage the service and solution offerings and determine commercial models, sizing, and work with partners to jointly develop/enhance solutions.
• 10+ years' experience in designing, installing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting leading UCC and productivity platforms
• Ability to interact with various client leadership and Cognizant stakeholders and envision solution to address client problem statement
• Excellent communication skills
• Certifications in UCC (Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft)

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

• Experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD solutions and technology
• Experience with technical design, architecture and delivery of Google Workspace solutions, Cisco Smart Office solutions
• AD/Azure AD Certifications
